Sambit Patra Appointed Chairman of India Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC)

Bhubaneswar: BJP Spokesperson Sambit Patra has been appointed as the Chairman of India Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC).

Prior to this, Sambit Patra has also been an independent director of Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC).

It is noteworthy that, the India Tourism Development Corporation will have two posts, one for the chairman and the other for the managing director.

BJP spokesperson and leader Sambit Patra has been appointed as the chairman and part time non-executive director of ITDC.

He will remain in this post for the next 3 years. According to reports, Ganji Kamala V Rao will be appointed as Managing Director of ITDC till further orders.
