Keonjhar: In a shocking incident, a retired was doctor found dead in Keonjhar district of Odisha on Wednesday, said reliable reports.
According to reports, a retired doctor’s dead body was recovered from a closed house. The deceased doctor has been identified as Balaram Sahu.
Reports say that, he was a retired doctor living in Keonjhar under the Sadar police station limits. His body was recovered from his residence.
Since he was living alone in the house, he did not leave the house for two days, after which there was a horrible smell that came out from the house giving rise to suspicion.
The people of the locality then informed the sadar police. The police immediately reached the spot and recovered the dead body. The body was immediately sent for postmortem. It was in a decomposed state.
The reason of the death is yet to be ascertained as of now. A police probe has been launched in this regard. Detailed reports awaited in this matter.
