Pipili: A Block Development Officer from Puri district of Odisha made a Police complaint against a woman who allegedly posted derogatory statements against him.
As per reports, the BDO of Kanas block in Puri district, identified as Lochan Das, recently lodged a complaint against a woman at Kanas Police station for posting derogatory remarks against him on social media.
However, following the Police complaint, Binodini Samantaray, the woman against whom the complaint had been made approached the concerned BDO and accepted her mistake. She said that it was a mistake on her part to make such posting on social media.
