Bhubaneswar: The IPS Association of Odisha on Saturday announced to contribute one-day’s salary of their members to the welfare fund of DG of CRPF for supporting the bereaved families of security personnel who were martyred in a terrorist attack in Jammu and Kashmir’s Pulwama on February 14.
“The IPS Association, Odisha condemns the terror attack on CRPF personnel on 14th February 2019 at Pulwama, Kashmir. While expressing deep sorrow and anguish, the Association stands firmly in solidarity with the CRPF and is sure that resolute action will be taken against the perpetrators of this heinous crime,” said the IPS Association of Odisha branch in a release.
“The association further resolves that all its members will contribute one day salary to the welfare fund of DG, CRPF for supporting the bereaved families,” it added.
