Petrol and diesel rates hike in Bhubaneswar today; Petrol hikes by 29 paise

Bhubaneswar: The petrol and diesel price have hiked in Odisha’s capital city Bhubaneswar on Sunday. The price of petrol has been recorded at Rs 102.10 per litre while the diesel rate is recorded at Rs 91.91 per litre today.

On Saturday, the petrol and diesel rate was recorded at Rs 101.81 and Rs 91.62 respectively. The cost of petrol has hiked by 29 paise and diesel by 29 paise in the last 24 hours.

On the other hand, the cost of petrol and diesel in major cities of India have continued to remain constant for the past few weeks after the price cut was announced by Government.

The petrol price in major cities of India like Chennai, Kolkata, and Mumbai have been recorded at Rs 101.40, Rs 104.67, and Rs 109.89 respectively. The diesel price, on the other hand, is recorded at Rs 91.43 in Chennai, Rs 89.79 in Kolkata, and in Mumbai, the rates are at Rs 94.14.

Meanwhile, the cost of petrol in the national capital, Delhi is recorded at Rs 95.41 per litre while the diesel is at Rs 86.67 per litre.
