Orissa High Court To Remain Shut From May 20 For Summer Vacation

Cuttack: The Orissa High Court here will remain closed from May 20 till June 15 for summer vacation.

The High Court’s office will remain closed on May 26, June 2, 5, 8, 9, 14, 15 and 16. Proceedings of the court will resume from June 17, as per the High Court calendar.

However, the holiday bench of the High Court will hear the cases at 11.00 am on May 22, 29, June 4 and 11 during the one-month holiday from May 17 to June 16.

A notification released by the High Court Registrar states that cases will be heard by the holiday bench judges Justice Akshaya Kumar Rath, Justice Biswanath Rath and Justice D Dash on May 22.

Furthermore, Justice Rath, Justice Dash and Justice Satrughana Pujahari will hear cases on May 29, Justice Sanju Panda, Justice Pramath Patnaik, Justice Sangam Kumar Sahoo on June 4 and the cases will be heard by Justice Panda, Justice Patnaik and Justice Mishra on June 11.
