Keonjhar: At least 20 people were attacked by a stray dog in Bamnipal area of the district in last two days, causing panic in the area. The injured are being treated at the Bamnipal Dispensary.
The stray dog targeted 20 people including children, senior citizens and others walking on the road. The dog also today attacked a pregnant woman in the area.
“The dog is on a rampage and most of the residents are afraid of venturing outside. We have also informed the matter to officials of local administration including the police. But the dog is yet to be captured,” said an injured.
