Bhubaneswar: Odisha DGP on Monday approved the Antarik Suraksha Padak for 2282 Police personnel for their operational duty of two years in the Left Wing Extremism (LWE) affected districts of the State.
The award has been instituted by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA).
Odisha DGP congratulated the medal awardees on this occasion. Taking to Twitter the DGP wrote, “Very happy to approve Antarik Suraksha Padak for 2282 Odisha Police Personnel today …. My congrats to each of medal awardee.”
