Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik to begin district visits from tomorrow

Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik will embark his district visit from tomorrow. He is scheduled to lay the foundation stone of the redevelopment project at Joranda Peet in Dhenkanal district.

Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik will embark his district visit from tomorrow. He is scheduled to lay the foundation stone of the redevelopment project at Joranda Peet in Dhenkanal district. He had approved Rs 112 crore for the master plan of the project last week.

After Dhenkanal, the CM will visit Sambalpur, Bargarh and Balangir district. As the general election will be held next year, Patnaik’s visit to the districts is considered to be very important from the political point of view.

In Sambalpur, the CM is scheduled to inaugurate various projects, including the Maa Samaleswari Temple project. Then, he will visit Balangir district in the new year and begin the Suktel project.

During his visit to Padmapur, Patnaik is likely to make a statutory announcement regarding district status to Padmapur.
