Bhubaneswar: Another 21 Covid-19 patients have recovered in Odisha and are being discharged today, informed the Health & Family Welfare (H&FW) department on June 17. With this development the total Covid-19 recovered patients in Odisha have reached to 12,79,419.
The recovered patients are being discharged from various facilities across the state, informed the Health department through its official Twitter handle.
According to the H&FW department of the state, the recoveries were made in Khordha (12 cases), Sundargarh (3 cases), Baleswar (2 cases), and Cuttack (2 cases) districts. On the other hand, 2 cases were reported from State Pool.
Odisha on Friday saw a dip in daily Covid cases with 25 new positives in different districts of the State in the last 24 hours.
According to the data shared by the Information & Public Relations Department, as many as 25 new Covid positive cases were reported in six districts and the State Pool. This is almost half of yesterday’s daily report. A total of 41 persons were infected with the virus on Thursday.
