Jajpur: Jajpur Sub-collector Sarat Chandra Mohapatra has turned “Good Samaritan” for an accident victim in Odisha’s Jajpur district.
According to reports, Sub-collector Sarat Chandra Mohapatra was going to his office this morning. On his way, he noticed a youth lying on the road and crying for help after meeting with an accident at Khandara Chhak.
Mohapatra stopped his car and took the youth, who has been identified as Nrusingha Charan Sethi’s son Loknath, in his vehicle to Jajpur District Headquarter Hospital for treatment.
Meanwhile, the Sub-collector’s act of kindness has been massively hailed by the people of the locality.
