Hanging body found in Khurda of Odisha, probe underway

Khurda: A hanging body has been recovered from Khurda district of Odisha on Monday said reliable reports in this regard. The family of the deceased has alleged murder.

According to reliable reports, the body of a youth was found hanging in Nabinabaugh area of Khurda. The circumstantial evidence strongly point at murder says preliminary investigation.

The family have alleged that the death has taken place due to an alleged failed love affair. The alleged girlfriend and two other youths have been arrested by the police.

The police has lodged a suo motto cognizance case in this regard and is probing into the matter. The body has been recovered and sent for postmortem to ascertain the cause and the time of the death.
