Sambalpur: The Sambalpur vigilance team raided the house of the Excise department sub-inspector (SI) of Belpahar in Sambalpur district of Odisha.
The SI has been identified as Devendra Prahraj. Simultaneous raids are underway at 4 places in Belpahar and Sambalpur.
The raid is underway at his residence in Kalyanagar in Sambalpur, at his father-in-law’s house in Govindatola and at the Excise office in Sambalpur.
Both Devendra Prahraj and his wife work in the Excise department.
