Rourkela: The dead body of an unidentified man, aged around 50 years, was found inside a train at Rourkela Railway Station late on Saturday night.
The body was recovered from a coach of the 58111 Tatanagar-Itwari Junction Passenger train, which arrived at Rourkela late last night.
The matter came to light after a few passengers complained about a foul smell emanating from the coach.
On intimation, the Government Railway Police (GRP) swung into action and seized the body, which has been sent for autopsy.
The reason behind the man’s death will be ascertained once the autopsy report comes, said Rourkela GRP SP.
