CM launches projects worth Rs 426 cr during Boudh visit today

Boudh: Adding to series of development projects across the state in past few days, CM Naveen Patnaik today launched projects worth Rs 426 cr in Kantamal of Boudh district.

After landing at Kantamal in a helicopter, the CM received a grand welcome from the locals who flooded the meeting venue. Later, he launched at least 45 projects welfare projects including four high-level bridges in Kantamal block, six road projects and four girls’ hostels with 100 beds each.

The bridges which seen foundation stone laying by Naveen today also includes the Boudh-Marjakud Bridge on Mahanadi.

Later, the CM while addressing a massive gathering informed that his government is taking all necessary steps to include all eligible persons under the Kalia Scheme.

The CM is scheduled launch a few more projects in Bhanjanagar of Ganjam district later in the day.
