Cape Town Test: India need 208 to win against South Africa

Cape Town: India’s fast bowlers, led by Mohammed Shami and Jasprit Bumrah, created a winning position, after dismissing South Africa for 130 in the second innings on Day 4 of the first Test here on Monday.

India will now need 208 runs to go 1-0 up in the three-Test series.

For India, Bumrah, Shami took three wickets each while Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Hardik Pandya got two wickets each. AB de Villiers (35) fought a lone battle for the home team and looked good before losing his wicket as last man.

Earlier, the hosts had made 286 in the first innings, replying to which India were bundled out for 209. The third day was washed out yesterday.
