WATCH: Sachin Tendulkar enjoys Gully cricket with youngsters in Gulmarg
Former star Indian cricketer Sachin Tendulkar is currently on his first ever trip to Kashmir. Amid which, Sachin Tendulkar was spotted enjoying Gully cricket with Kashmiri youngsters in Gulmarg. Sachin played with the people amidst the beautiful scenery in Gulmarg.
Tendulkar took to his official handle on Instagram to share a short clip of him enjoying the game. He captioned the video writing, “Cricket & Kashmir: A match in heaven!”
In the video, Sachin was also seen challenging the bowler to get him on the last ball while he held the bat upside down. He also clicked a lot of pictures with the locals.

Earlier in the day, Sachin had also visited a bat factory located in the area. Therein, he recalled about his first willow bat being a gift from his sister.
Sharing a video of his visit to the factory, Sachin wrote, “The first bat given to me was by my sister and it was a Kashmir willow bat. Ab main yahan hoon to Kashmir willow ko to milna banta hai!
P.S: An interesting fact; some of my favourite bats had only about 5-6 grains. How many grains do your bats have?”
Tendulkar also visited the Aman Setu Bridge on Wednesday. Notably, the bridge is the last point on the LOC in Jammu and Kashmir’s Uri sector. Tendulkar was also seen interacting with the soldiers at the Kaman Post near the Aman Setu. Sachin Tendulkar has been accompanied by wife Anjali Tendulkar and daughter Sara Tendulkar on his trip to Kashmir.
Earlier on Wednesday, another video of the master blaster had gone viral on social media. In the viral video, all the passengers in an economy flight were seen cheering up for him and chanting ‘Sachin, Sachin’. Following this, Sachin Tendulkar was visibly emotional at the ovation he received and he folded his hands and greeted the other passengers on the flight.
