East Central Railway has invited applications for RRC ECR recruitment 2023 to 1,832 vacancies for apprentice posts in various trades.
Railway Recruitment Cell, East Central Railway (RRC ECR) has invited applications for recruitment to the post of apprentice in various trades. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online for RRC ECR Apprentice Recruitment 2023 on actappt.rrcecr.in till 5 pm of December 9.
A total of 1,832 vacancies for apprentice in various trades will be filled with this recruitment drive.

These vacancies are available in the different Divisions/ Units under the East Central Railway including Plant Depot/ Mughalsarai, Mechanical Workshop/ Samastipur and Carriage Repair Workshop/ Harnaut, Dhanbad division, Mughalsarai division, Samastipur division and others.

Educational Qualification
The applicant should have passed Matric/10th class examination or its equivalent (under 10+2 examination system) with minimum 50% marks in aggregate, from recognized Board and ITI in relevant trade (i.e National Trade Certificate in the notified trade issued by National Council for Vocational Training or Provisional Certificate issued by National Council for Vocational Training/State Council for Vocational Training).
Age Limit
Candidates should be aged between 15 years to 24 years as on January 1, 2023. Upper age limit relaxation is available for reserved category candidates.
Application Fee
The application fee is Rs 100 and it is non-refundable.
Selection Process
Selection of candidates will be based on the marks obtained in Class 10 (minimum 50 per cent marks) and ITI examination. Both Class 10 and ITI examination will be given equal weightage.
