“Hi Srishti Same kind of incident Emirates Delhi did with us in Jan 2024 while returning from Delhi to Toronto. Their staff requested to wait 10 min for getting boarding pass that culminated to wait for 1hrs. They holded our passports and boarding pass. No escalation matrix,” another user commented.

Also, Emirates Support replied to Srishti’s tweet and wrote, “We’re sorry to hear this Srishti. You can submit your feedback here http://bit.ly/2H6ebBk. Our Customer Affairs team will review it and get back to you. DM us if you need further assistance”.
