A home tour video of a 2 BHK flat made within 323 square feet area in Mumbai, which is available at Rs 75 lakh has left internet in shock.

Mumbai is well-known for its small houses. However, have you ever thought a two Bedroom Hall Kitchen (BHK) house can be built in 323 square feet area, quite impossible right? But, this has become possible in Mumbai. In the dream city, these houses are available at Rs 75 lakhs in Kandivali East area.

Meanwhile, the home tour video of these small house have left internet divided. Shared on X (formerly Twitter) by user @VishalBhargava5, the video shows a woman giving home tour of the 2 BHK house in 323 sq ft. The video has been accompanied with caption that read, “2BHK of a meager 323 sqft. Only in Mumbai. Yet this is not the smallest. A project by Xrbia at Ghatkopar had a 2BHK in 295sqft that’s why I say ‘If you can’t sell a home in Mumbai, you can’t sell a home anywhere in the world.’”

The video has garnered over 96 thousand views while many X users have like the video and shared their opinion on the comment section.

Reacting to the post, one user wrote, “To take bath one has to go to Kandivli station, bathroom has no space.” Meanwhile, another person said, “Can easily shave off a few dozen sqm. Can keep the commode directly under the shower – waste of space there. No need for any walking area in the bedroom too. Rookie builder.”

Adding to the comment section, a third user wrote, “Where do you shower? Genuine question.” Another person wrote, “Some homes are built for ‘surviving.’ Not ‘living’.” A fifth person added, “Looks like a caravan. Although such smart design in a 700 sqft+ will be truly amazing.” Meanwhile, a sixth person wrote, “Major reason of moving out of Bombay even if it means lesser opportunity.
