Youth gets run over by train in Balasore of Odisha, dies on the spot

Balasore: In a tragic incident, a youth got run over by a train in Balasore district of Odisha on Monday, said reliable reports.

According to latest information, a youth got ran over by a passenger train near the vegetable market of Nua bazaar area in Balasore.

The identity of the deceased youth is yet to be ascertained. However, the locals have said that the youth was badly intoxicated while crossing the railway tracks due to which the train run him over.

The body of the youth was seized by the railway police and sent for postmortem. Further detailed reports awaited in this matter.
