Youth brutally killed by sharp weapon in Ganjam

Ganjam: A youth was brutally murdered by some miscreants at Lanjiapalli village Of Dhanantar panchyat in Ganjam district on Friday morning.

The deceased, identified as Mangulu Bhuyan of the same village.

According to sources, some unknown youths came to visit Mangulu and called him out of his residence and brutally killed him on the spot with a sharp weapon.

Some locals who were passing by found the blood-soaked body lying on the road and informed the police.

On being informed, the Sheragad police reached the spot and have started a probe into the matter. They have also recovered the weapon that has been used in the murder and a bike.

The police is suspecting that due to previous enmity, this crime has taken place.
