Tragic! Ganjam farmer crushed to death in paddy threshing machine
In an unfortunate incident, a farmer died after being crushed in a paddy threshing machine in Ganjam district of Odisha today.
Bhubaneswar: In an unfortunate incident, a farmer died after being crushed in a paddy threshing machine in Ganjam district of Odisha today.
One Bulu Patra of Jirabadi village under Jagannathprasad police station limit of the district accidentally fell into the machine while harvesting paddy. Soon, he was cut into pieces and died on the spot.
On being informed by the people, police reached the spot, seized the chopped body parts and sent them for post-mortem.
Meanwhile, a pall of gloom descended on the village following the death of the farmer, who is survived by his wife and two minor children.
