Students of private college in Bhubaneswar complains of ragging, 2 junior injured
Senior students of this private college attacked the junior with iron rods and wooden plank, following which two students sustained injuries
Bhubaneswar: Alleging that his seniors ragged him, three students has lodged a complaint with the Sahid Nagar police station, Bhubaneswar on Sunday morning.
Reports say, the senior students of this private college in Bhubaneswar attacked the junior with iron rods and wooden plank, following which two students sustained serious injuries.
The injured students have been admitted to the Capital hospital for treatment.
The family members of the injured students have also complained regarding the incident with the Bhubaneswar DCP. As there has been no strict action taken against the students, there has been rise in the ragging cases in the college. They also urged to arrest the students immediately.
In August month, a first-year MBBS student has allegedly been ragged at Puri Shri Jagannath Medical College and Hospital in Puri.
