Sorada: In a shocking incident, a woman slits husband’s throat with a sharp knife at Bariguda village under Dharakote police limits of Ganjam on Sunday morning.
The injured has been identified as Rohit Patra, a native of Bariguda village.
Reports say, Rohit, eldest son of Madan Patra of the same village often drink alcohol and use to hit his wife Kasturi Patra. Yesterday, when he returned back home there was a heated argument between husband and wife. In a fit of rage, the wife slits Rohit’s throat with a sharp knife.
Later, Rohit’s family members rushed him to Aska hospital and after his condition deteriorated he was shifted to MKCG hospital in Berhampur
