Union Finance Minister, Nirmala Sitharaman is on a two-day Odisha visit from August 16.
As per the schedule, the Finance Minister participated in a program of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on August 16. On the second day of her visit, the Minister will address a conference of chartered accountants.
The Union Minister visited Puri Jagannath temple today. Later she is scheduled to participate in a condolence meet for former Mayor Nibedita Pradhan in Cuttack.
Earlier, Nirmala Sitharaman had visited Odisha for two days in February, 2023 to attend a post budget discussion in Bhubaneswar.
