Cuttack: Women candidates have bagged the top three slots in the Odisha Civil Services examination 2017 to select OAS and OPS officers among others, according to the results announced by Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) here on Wednesday evening.
Ayushi Mahapatra topped the examination, while Sanjita Mohapatra and Poonam Mahapatra, secured second and third positions respectively.
A total number of 106 candidates have been provisionally selected for appointment to various State government services, the OPSC said.
As many as 42 female candidates have successfully cleared the civil services examination this year.
The Preliminary examination was held on February 18, 2018 while the Commission had conducted main exam from June 25, 2018 to July 18, 2018. Personality test was held from December 3 to December 10, 2018.
