According to reports, the Public Prosecutor will file a counter on the Writ Petition. Gopal’s lawyer Sunil Kumar has informed that Public Prosecutor will counter on Gopal’s writ petition in Jharsuguda Additional District Circuit Judge today.
The Public Prosecutor will file a counter to the writ petition in the much-hyped Naba Das murder case today.
It is worth mentioning that Gopal Das had appeared before the Additional District judge of Jharsuguda on the August 9. The trial has not yet started.
Gopal’s lawyer said that the accused Gopal Das will appear if the court gives the next date after the counter filing today.
