Baliguda: A Maoist poster was spotted at various places at Sudra Panchayat under Baliguda police limits of Kandhamal district.
The maoist poster was put up by Kandhamal-Kalahandi-Boudh-Nayagarh (KKBN) division committee member. A few more posters were seen at Gatangi, Kamberikia Chhak at NH-42.
In the poster, the KKBN committee has condemned the encounter of top cadre ultra leader Dasru and how he was tortured in the control room. They have mentioned that they have issued a press release where they have declared Dasru as martyr. They have even said that his sacrifice will not go in vain.
Dasru was carrying a bounty of Rs 5 lakh on his head and he was ginned down by police during an encounter at Kakerkupa district.
