This morning the private school bus was carrying students to school when a bus tyre caught fire near Byakuda Street.
The students were suffocated by the smoke said reports.
The locals saw this and told the driver. The driver stopped the vehicle and safely rescued the children in the bus. With this, he called the firefighter forces to put out the fire.
