A person went missing after a boat in which they were ferrying capsized in Patali river in Koraput yesterday.
Koraput: A person went missing after a boat in which they were ferrying capsized in Patali river in Koraput yesterday.
The missing person, identified as Jay Khil, a resident of Galagunda village under Padua police limits of Koraput district.
Sources say, Jay was returning back from Galura village, while on the way the tragedy struck when the boatman lost control of the boat and it capsized. Another fifth standard boy who was also in the boat swam back to the shore and Jay went missing.
Following information, a Nandapur fire brigade rushed to the spot and have started search operation.
