Bhubaneswar: As many as 42 patients have recovered from Covid-19 in Odisha, informed the Health & Family Welfare (H&FW) department on March 27. With this development, the total Covid-19 recovered patients in Odisha have reached 12,77,921.
The recovered patients are being discharged from various facilities across the state, informed the Health department through its official Twitter handle.
According to the H&FW department of the state, the highest recoveries were in Ganjam district followed by Gajapati and Baleswar districts.
The details of the recovery cases from different districts today are as follows:
9 from Ganjam
7 from Gajapati
5 from Baleswar
5 from Khordha
4 from Jajapur
4 from Mayurbhanj
2 from Bargarh
2 from Koraput
1 from Cuttack
1 from Jharsuguda
1 from Keonjhar
1 from Sambalpur
Odisha reported 48 Covid cases including 16 in the 0-18 years, informed the Information and Public Relations (I&PR) Department on Saturday. The positive tally stands at 12,87,469.
Reportedly, among the 48 positives, 29 patients are in quarantine, and 19 are the local contacts. The active cases in Odisha currently stand at 419.
