Another 181 Covid patients recover in Odisha on Christmas

Bhubaneswar: As on Christmas, another 181 patients have recovered from Covid-19 in the State and are being discharged from various facilities, the Health & Family Welfare (H&FW) Department of Odisha informed today.

The Health department informed about this development through its official twitter handle on 25 December, 2021.

According to the H&FW department of the state, the highest recoveries have been made in Khordha district followed by Cuttack and Sundargarh districts.

The total recovered cases in Odisha now stand at 10,43,782.

The details of the recovery cases from different districts today are as follows:

85 from Khordha

19 from Cuttack

14 from Sundargarh

9 from Jajpur

8 from Sambalpur

5 from Deogarh

4 from Mayurbhanj

4 from Nayagarh

3 from Ganjam

3 from Kalahandi

2 from Puri

1 from Balasore

1 from Bhadrak

1 from Jagatsinghpur

1 from Jharsuguda

1 from Kendrapara

20 from State Pool

A total of 124 Covid-19 positive cases including 17 in the 0-18 years age group have been detected positive in Odisha in the last 24 hours. This has taken the tally of Covid to 10,53,769 informed the Information & Public Relations (I&PR) Department on Saturday.

Among the 124 positives, 75 are quarantine cases and 49 are local contacts.
