In a tragic incident, two people were killed as a truck crushed over them in Bargarh district of Odisha on Monday.
Bargarh: In a tragic incident, two people were killed as a truck crushed over them in Bargarh district of Odisha on Monday, said reports.
Reports say that, a coal-laden truck banged against a two-wheeler and then crushed the riders of the bike. The accident took place near Debabahal square of Atabira police station today in Bargarh.
It is worth mentioning that, both the riders died on the spot. Further reports suggest that both the deceased were employees of a private insurance company. The locals immediately rushed to rescue the bike riders but found them to be dead.
They immediately informed the local police and the police reached the spot. They recovered the bodies and sent them for postmortem. An investigation has been launched in this regard. Detailed reports awaited in this matter.
