Udala: In a heartbreaking incident, a 13-month-old baby boy in Mayurbhanj of Odisha fell into the waste water tank and died, said reports on Monday.
This heartbreaking incident has been reported from the Bahubandhu sahi under Udala police station limits. The waste water collection tank attached to the house of the baby boy claimed his life. Yesterday evening in the evening, the 13-month-old son of Mochiram Ho of the village was playing near the house when the incident took place.
In the evening, while Mochiram’s wife was busy with household chores his 13-month-old son was in the verandah of the house then the baby ran out of the verandah and reached near the tank attached to the house. The tank was there near the tube well to store the waste water coming out of the tube well into which the the child fell.
After searching for the baby helter and skelter, the family finally found the baby boy in the pond where the waste water had collected. He was immediately rushed to the Udla Hospital for treatment where the doctor declared him brought dead. The news has led to a pal of gloom in the entire locality.
