Surat based businessman donates crown for Ram Lalla’s idol worth Rs 11 crore

In recent news, a diamond trader from Surat in Gujarat donated a crown for Ram Lalla’s idol at the newly inaugurated Ram temple in Ayodhya. In is noteworthy mentioning that the crown is worth about Rs 11 crore.

Notably, this crown was specially made for the Ram Lalla idol installed at the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya.

The crown was presented by Mukesh Patel, the owner of Green Lab Diamond Company in Surat. From information that we have, the crown weighs about six kilograms. Further, it is adorned with gold, diamonds, and other precious stones.

Owner of Green Lab Diamond Company Mukesh Patel visited Ayodhya temple along with his family members. Therein, he presented the crown for Ram Lalla idol to the officials of temple trust.

During the Pran Pratistha ceremony on Monday, Mukesh Patel handed over the exquisite crown, in the presence of Ram Mandir’s chief priest and the trustees of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Tirth Kshetra trust.

Information from reliable sources further stat that Patel had also contributed some other ornaments for the idol of Ram Lalla in the newly built Mandir. Two of Patel’s employees were earlier sent to Ayodhya, specially to measure the statue for creating the crown.
