Ram Lalla idol came to life after Pran Pratistha ceremony? Here’s what sculptor Arun Yogiraj said

Sculptor Arun Yogiraj believes that the Ram Lalla idol at the Ayodhya Ram Mandir has transformed after its Pran Pratistha ceremony.

In an interesting turn of events, it seems that the Ram Lalla idol at the Ayodhya Ram Mandir has transformed after its Pran Pratistha ceremony. Even the sculptor of the idol, Arun Yogiraj, agrees that the Ram Lalla idol has seemingly come to life after Pran pratistha ceremony.

In an exclusive interview with India Today TV, Yogiraj was quoted saying, “Nirman hote samay alag the, sthapit hone ke baad alag thhe. Mujhe laga ki ye mera kaam nahi hai. Ye toh bahut alag dikhte hain. Bhagwan ne alag roop le liye the.” (The idol looked so different when I was carving it, but now it looks completely different after the ceremony).

It is noteworthy mentioning the sculptor Arun Yogiraj spent about seven months away from everyone, carving the extraordinary idol of Lord Ram from a single ‘Shyam shila’ stone. Needless to say, his craft left the entire nation speechless.

Earlier on January 22, 2024, PM Narendra Modi unveiled the Ram Lalla idol placed at the Ram temple in Ayodhya post the Pran Pratistha ceremony. Ram Temple Pran Pratishtha ceremony in Ayodhya was done in the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat, UP CM Yogi Adityanath, and Governor Ananadiben Patel.

It is also interesting to mention that PM Modi was the chief ‘jajnam’ of the pran pratistha ceremony of the Ram Lalla idol. Ahead of the ceremony, PM Modi had undertaken a rigorous 11-day fast. During this period, he only consumed coconut water and slept on the floor. Post the completion of all rituals, he broke his fast with a sip of ‘charnamrit.’
