NCB questions Ananya Panday in Mumbai cruise drugs case

Mumbai: Bollywood actress Ananya Pandey on Thursday was questioned by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) over her link with Aryan Khan, son of Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan.

The NCB had allegedly retrieved her chats from Aryan Khan’s phone during its investigation in the case, reported India Today.

Ananya had been reportedly summoned by NCB on Thursday. Accordingly, she appeared before Bureau. She reached the NCB office for at about 4 pm today.

Ananya Panday is the daughter of Bollywood actor Chunky Panday and granddaughter of the renowned heart surgeon, the late Dr. Sharad Panday. She has worked in a couple of Bollywood films since her debut in the  2019 film “Student of the Year 2”.

Earlier today, teams of Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) paid a formal ‘visit’ to the residences of Bollywood megastar Shah Rukh Khan in Bandra west, and actress Ananya Panday in Khar west, and raided a location in Andheri on Thursday as part of the ongoing probe into the October 2 luxury cruiser rave party.

As part of its probe into the cruise ship party raids, the NCB has arrested a total of 20 persons so far, and more arrests are not ruled out.
