‘Free’ Import Policy of Urad and Tur dal extended for 1 year
The Central government has extended the "Free" Import Policy of Urad and Tur dal for one year till March 31, 2025
New Delhi: ‘Free’ Import Policy of Urad and Tur dal has been extended for one year. The government has extended the policy for one year to March 31 2025. It was mentioned in a notification released by the Director General of Foreign Trade, Government of India issued on Thursday, 28th December 2023.
As per the notification Import duty on Urad Beans of the SPP Vigna Mungo Hepper and Tur/ Pigeon Peas (Cajanus Cajan) extended up to 31.03. 2025.
This is issued with the approval of Minister of Commerce and Industry, the notice also reads.
