Covid Positives Cross 1 Lakh Cases In India, Omicron Cases Stand At 3007
Bhubaneswar/New Delhi: In a shocking rise, India reported as many as 1,17,100 fresh COVID cases in the past 24 hours on Friday.
The country reported a low number of recoveries at 30,836 cases.
As a matter of concern, the number of deaths in the country rose considerably and reached 302 in last 24 hours the entire nation.
However, the active Covid cases in the country stand at 3,71,363. The total number of recoveries in the country was 3,43,71,845.
The Covid death toll stands at 4,83,178 in India till date.
The Total vaccination number is 149.66 crore doses.
Daily positivity rate in India reached 7.74%.
However it is noteworthy, a total of 3,007 Omicron cases were reported in 27 States and UTs of India so far.
The number of persons recovered is 1,199 Union Health Ministry.
