Indore: Two class 4th students allegedly bullied and pricked their classmate over 100 times with a geometry compass at a primary school in Indore. The victim, identified as Aaradhya, reportedly started bleeding and sustained serious injuries due to the pricking.

The parents of the victim captured photos and videos documenting the extent of their child’s injuries. Despite their initial complaint to the school authorities, the administration responded with sympathy rather than immediate action. Frustrated by the lack of action, the parents took matters into their own hands and approached the nearby police station to file a complaint against the two boys.

School principal Rama Sharma eventually suspended the accused students and informed the police station about the incident. The two accused students, along with their parents, were called to the school premises for further discussion. In a written statement, Principal Sharma acknowledged the complaint filed by the victim’s parents, revealing that the two boys had “pricked both the legs of Aaradhya with a pen,” causing immense pain and mental distress.

The letter also detailed the victim’s claims of constant harassment by the two class 4 boys in the classroom. The victim had reportedly been hit several times before, leading to a disturbing environment for Aaradhya. In response to the parents’ complaint, the two students were immediately suspended from the school, as announced by the principal during a meeting on Sunday.

The principal also issued a warning to the parents, indicating that legal action might be pursued. Additionally, the teacher in charge investigated further, revealing that the accused students frequently broke rules and harassed other classmates in the class. The incident sheds light on the serious issue of bullying in schools and the imperative need for prompt and decisive action to ensure the safety of students.
