Telangana High Court has quashed a complaint against Wisdom IT Services India Pvt Ltd that had been initiated allegedly for cheating people on the pretext of providing jobs.
Earlier in January the CEO and the Director of the Hyderabad-based company were booked by the police in this matter.
The lawyer representing the firm said that the complaint made against his clients was false.” The complainant had lodged the compliant with a motive to defame my clients despite availing services of the firm. My clients have also initiated legal proceedings against the concerned person,” said Mohammed Obaid Ur Rahman, the lawyer representing the firm.
He also claimed that the complainant filed the complaint under the influence of some third parties with an ulterior motive. “There is no other single complaint against my clients at any time. The services of my clients had also been appreciated with many prestigious awards and achievements in regular intervals,” added the lawyer.
