Jharkhand: In a tragic incident, an Indian student from Jharkhand was found dead in Italy on January 2, said reliable records in this regard. The deceased has been identified as Ram Raut, a resident of Singhbhum district in Jharkhand.
Reliable reports state that Raut was pursuing his MBA degree in Italy, and lived in a rented house.
Reportedly, Raut’s parents had called to wish him on New Year, to which he did not respond. When they contacted the owner of the house, he informed him that Raut’s body had been recovered from the washroom of a different house.
Upon learning about the incident, the family members of Ram Raut requested for the help of officials from Jharkhand to get the possession of his body.
In a statement on the incident, the Deputy Commissioner of West Singhbhum Ananya Mittal said that he had requested the Jharkhand Migration cell for taking necessary measures.
