Accident in Jaisalmer: 4 killed after car hits pedestrians, rams into another vehicle

In a tragic incident, four people lost their lives after a car hit pedestrians after ramming into another vehicle in Jaisalmer.

Jaisalmer: In a tragic incident, four people lost their lives in a car accident in Rajasthan’s Jaisalmer. The accident took place on Friday, reliable reports confirmed. The accident took place near the Devikot intersection in Jaisalmer.

Reportedly, two drunken youths were trying to make reels inside a speeding car when the vehicle hit a mother-son duo before ramming into another vehicle in Jaisalmer. The mother and her 13 year old son were killed in the accident while they were trying to cross the road.

Both the people in the speeding vehicle also lost their lived. The deceased in the Jaisalmer accident have been identified as Roshan Khan and Bhawani Singh. A cow was also killed in the accident.

Initial reports tell us that the car was headed towards Barmer from Rajasthan. It has been revealed that the driver of the speeding car was under heavy influence of alcohol. The local police also informed that the car had broken another barricade a couple of hours back by driving through it.

Further investigation into the matter is still underway. Further details awaited.
