UKPSC Recruitment 2021 for 455 Assistant Professor posts; Check age limit and other details

The Uttarakhand Public Service Commission(UKPSC) has invited applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment to the post of Assistant Professor. Interested and eligible job seekers can apply online on the UKPSC’s official website on or before December 24, 2021.

A total of 455 Assistant Professor posts will be filled with the UKPSC Recruitment 2021 drive.

UKPSC Recruitment 2021 Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

The candidate must have a Master’s degree with 55% in a concerned/relevant/allied subject from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university. The candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET)exam conducted by the UGC or the CSIR, or a similar test accredited by the UGC, like SLET/SET, or who are or have been awarded a Ph.D Degree in accordance with the University Grants Commission.

Age limit

minimum age limit – 21 years.

Upper age limit – 42 years

Age relaxation will be available for reserved category candidates as per government norms.

The selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of written as well as interview.
