Bhadrak: Dancing umpire Manoj Kumar from Bhadrak district of Odisha won heart of cricket fans during a recent match. The umpire is in the limelight for his catchy dance moves that he exhibited matching steps to some popular Bollywood music during the match. He hails from Kenduapada Amper village of Banta block in Bhadrak district.
