Taarak Mehta ka Oolta Chashmah actress Jheel Mehta, who played the role of Sonu Bhide, the daughter of Atmaram Tokaram Bhide and Madhavi, has recently got engaged to her boyfriend Aditya.
The actress took to her Instagram handle, and shared a glimpse of her dreamy proposal. In the video, it is seen that a friend of Jheel is guiding her to the rooftop as she is blindfolded, where a stage has been set up by Aditya for proposal. As the actress stood amazed, Aditya grooved in front of her and asked her if she would marry him.
Following this, Jheel got emotional as she accepted his proposal and hugged him tightly. The dreamy proposal video has been accompanied with caption stating, “Koi mil gaya, mera dil gaya.”
Moments after the actress shared the video, the comment section was full with congratulatory messages. Adding to the comment section, her Taarak Mehta co-star Bhavya Gandhi posted a red red emoticon.

Jheel worked with the Taarak Mehta team as the character Sonu from 2008 to 2012.
