Ranbir-Alia wedding updates: Date Postponed, Claims Alia’s Brother Rahul
Where Bollywood’s star couple Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt has been gearing up for their wedding, new updates regarding their big day keeps on surfacing every hour. Reportedly, the recent update claims that their marriage, that was supposed to take place on April 15, has been postponed.
Earlier, sources claimed that the wedding dates of the couple were April 13, 14 and 15; beginning with a mehendi ceremony on 13th and followed by haldi and sangeet pre-wedding festivities on 14th. However, if Alia’s brother Rahul Bhatt is to be taken at his word, then none of these are the wedding dates.
The new dates have not been revealed. Regardless of what Rahul has said, the wedding preps seem to be happening in full swing. RK studios, Ranbir’s family house Vaastu and the couple’s new home Krishna Raj Bungalow has all been decorated with lights.
On the other hand, reports also claim that a grand reception has been fixed to take place on April 17 at Mumbai’s Taj Mahal Hotel.
Fans are too excited to see their favourite couple tie the knot as soon as possible. Hence, many speculate that Rahul’s sudden statement on date change is only to confuse the mass.
