The festivities kicked off with the haldi and sangeet ceremonies, which took place on Saturday, September 23, at the opulent Leela Palace hotel.

The entire event is nothing short of a star-studded extravaganza, with celebrities from the worlds of entertainment and politics coming together to celebrate love.

Today’s schedule is brimming with vibrant traditions and grandeur. At 1 pm, the sehra abndi will be held at the Taj Lake Palace, while Parineeti’s chooda ceremony will occur simultaneously at the Leela Palace. A boat procession, adorned with the rich heritage of Mewar, is set to depart around 2:30 pm, making its way to the nearby Hotel Leela.

The most anticipated part of the day, the pheras, will take place approximately at 4 p.m., followed by a grand wedding bash at The Leela Palace in the evening.

The guest list for this star-studded affair boasts renowned names, including Sania Mirza, Harbhajan Singh, Karan Johar, Manish Malhotra, and Aditya Thackeray, among others, who are expected to grace the occasion today. Some distinguished VIP guests, such as Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, made their way to Udaipur on Saturday, September 23, adding political significance to the festivities.

Meanwhile, Parineeti’s cousin, actress Priyanka Chopra, seems to be skipping the wedding. She had wished the bride-to-be on Instagram, leading to speculation about her absence from the festivities.
