Krushna wants to end fight with Mama-Mami but Govinda’s wife doesn’t want to see his face
Comedian Krushna Abhishek skipped an episode of The Kapil Sharma Show a few days ago, as it featured his uncle Govinda and aunt Sunita Ahuja. After the event, the news on the family matter escalated once again.
According to the sources, Sunita has lash out at Krushna and stated that she doesn’t even wants to see his face. She has also vowed for the issue between the two families to never be resolved.
However, Krushna has taken a step towards truce. On his way to bringing Ganpati idol home on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi, he was surrounded by media personnel and questioned about his relationship with Govinda. As quoted by ANI, the comedian said, “Mama mami….Main chahata hu yeh bhi problem Ganpati ji solve karde parivar ki kyuki hum sab ek doosre ko pyaar karte hai ..bhale internal issues hote hai..woh bhi solve hojaye bas yehi pray karta hu (Mama and mami, I pray Ganpati ji to solve the internal issues between our families. Despite issues, there’s love between us).”
Earlier, when Krushna refused to share the stage with his mama-mami, he mentioned that it will be awkward for both the parties. He added to his statement, “It’s a comedy show. Pata nahi kaun si baat lekar badi baat bann jaye aur phir wohi sab hoga ki aisa bol diya, waisa bol diya (You never know which statement might blow up). I didn’t want to create an issue. I am sure that the audience waits in anticipation for my gig when Govinda ji comes on the show, but I realised that it was better not to perform.”
For those unversed, the conflict in the family began after Krushna’s wife Kashmera Shah made a remark on Twitter that quoted, ‘people who dance for money.’ It is believed that her tweet was not appreciated by Sunita who interpreted it as an offensive dig at her and Govinda. Albeit, Kashmera’s later clarification that the statement was meant for Krushna’s sister Arti Singh, aunt Sunita did not change her mind.
